(Retired U.S. Army)
While serving with the U.S. Navy Seabees in Vietnam during 1970, he ran for Lt. Governor of Minnesota without being in the state and talied 119,177 votes.
Dick is a retired First Sergeant of the Army of the United States. FRANSON was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal - 1989.
Franson also served during the Korean War, 1950-1953
